ID Requirement
For security purposes, a valid NID or Passport copy for all adults is mandatory upon check-in.
Payment & Booking
Payment methods (bKash/Cash) and booking confirmation details will be shared securely via WhatsApp.
Cancellation Policy

No Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms to maintain freshness. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available.
Guest Policy
Only registered guests are allowed inside the rooms. Visitors may be entertained in the lobby or common areas.
